"I came here as a new patient. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, I went to the desk to inquire. The woman there who had taken my co-pay just ignored me for a couple minutes before finally asking what I needed. She then went to check to see when I would be called. I was then called and taken to an exam room. An assistant proceeded to ask me the same questions I had filled out on the paperwork. After that, I waited 10-15 minutes more before the doctor came in. Dr. Higa was very nice, but overall I was there almost 2 hours for a standard check-up appointment. On my way out, the receptionist took the paperwork and then tried to make another appointment. I did not understand what she said so repeated while yelling "Morning or Afternoon" at me. I advised that I didn't need another appointment to which she explained it was for next year. I declined to set it and she rolled her eyes. Bottomline: Very rude service that took FOREVER. STAY AWAY!"

The medical expertise is beyond compare. The staff is professional. My other eye was operated on by another local practice who was a nightmare. Valley Eye is by far the best ophthalmic practice in the area."

"I have been seeing Dr. Jody for around 8 years. I have been very happy with Dr. Jody but she is fading out getting ready to retire. This year I was seen by Dr. Chin. Dr. Chin came in the room with out an introduction or even a hello how are you. I guess this is how he treats patients that aren't his. Obviously he saw me as not important cause I heard how he treated his patient across the hall before me and it was very different. Now I don't know what I am going to do in the future. The 4 stars are for Dr. Jody not Dr. Chin. Just remember if not for your patients your practice would be nothing!"
