"This practice has NEGLECTED my child! I have been trying to get a form signed for my daughter to receive her communication device who has a verbal delay and have been given a complete run around for over a month which has delayed my child from communicating! After many faxes, phone calls, emails, and visiting this office in person to get this sorted I have gotten absolutely no where. I will be changing her doctor’s office asap! This office deserves no stars!"

"Worse place to take your kids. One nice nursing assistant out of the whole staff. Crappy place to try to get test results and make appointments. Don’t ever try to make an appointment on your lunch break because they’ll be rushing to go to their lunch break and forget to make the appointment."

"Dr Sey was my pediatrician. Since he left it's horrible. Some of the old staff are great. All these new ones are unprofessional. They absolutely do not talk to you in a nice manner."

"This place has been getting worse since Dr. Mark Say left. I am happy you retired, Dr. Say, but I never had a chance you tell you in person how great you were. Thank you for your service to our community, and also, I am happy at least you left your energy for the only one NP, Cindy; the white skin girl she is the only one who seems to care. You can tell The staff or not happy with the new people taking over. Dr. Bukle, I understand you can't treat people over the phone when we call as parents dealing with a sick child, act as if you care, try to give a good direction, and report that call so they girl can know sore so call for a sick child. Please give us a call back right away when you are on call—even Dr. Mcdonald and NP. Cindy always calls right away when they are on calls."

"Great facility for babies, toddlers and young adolescent. Never had an issue with them. They have more than one pediatricians available, which was the main reason I like them. Their nurses always called me back during an emergency."
