"If I could give this place a zero or a negative star I would. I am prone to upper respiratory and sinus infections. I knew that's what I had but being Saturday morning I could not get in with my doctor until Monday as they are closed on the weekend. So I decided to make an appointment here. It was a big mistake. I tried to make my appointment online and after 15 times of it not accepting it I had to go to the store. They were busy which is understandable. I had to wait all day for my appointment. I was told by the nurse practitioner that I have an upper respiratory and sinus infection. I told her as you could see for my history of 25 plus years on your screen. I am always prescribed augmentin ,a cough medicine and nasal spray. She told me that they do not do that here that I have to use over the counter cold medication and then in 7 days if I am not better I can come back and she will prescribe my antibiotic. They like to see people "ride it out."I just looked at her and said are you kidding me by then I'll have pneumonia. She told me to go to the hospital for treatment . Tina, the nurse practitioner, was absolutely worthless and could care less about my health care or my needs. I am filing a complaint with CVS and my insurance company as they handed me a bill for $139 . I am also filing a complaint with the medical board of NJ. I'm sure nothing will be done about it. So here's a warning stay far away from this place. It is a complete waste of time."
"This office went so out of their way for me this past weekend. I was in crisis mode and having trouble getting the care I needed. I was turned away by the emergency room, urgent cares, everywhere. The MinuteClinic helped me when I most needed it and literally saved my life. I am so grateful to both Leslie and Kiersten for not only them helping me with my physical illness, but also helping calm me down and support me emotionally. This has been the most trying and the scariest challenge of my life and this MinuteClinic came through for me. I will never forget it. I’m eternally grateful."
"I had an excellent experience here and will definitely be a minute clinic user from now on! I see some of the earlier reviews mentioned walking in and having to wait...well, simple solution >> book online. Also, your wait will depend on whether people select the correct reason for their visit and book enough visit time. For example I knew I wanted multiple shots and a physical so I purposefully booked 2 back to back appointments rather than just choosing a vaccine as my only reason for visiting. (Yes you can book 2 appointments). When you arrive you need to check in with a code they sent you earlier and it'll alert that you had an existing appointment for the LATER appointment. Don't worry - they still knew I was there for my earlier appointment. I was seen within 5 minutes of my booked time. Admittedly my appointment required so much time from the NP that we ran 10 minutes late so there you have it - one patient holding up the next. Not cvs fault. The NP was super nice and made me feel really comfortable which I never feel at any doctors office! If you walk in without an appointment, you should expect to wait just like you would if you walked in to a busy hair salon or nail salon. For your best experience, use online booking and don't go when you are in the biggest rush ever."
"I came in 10 minutes before close because I felt terribly ill. Whoever was working back there may it very clear she didn't want to help at all. Rushing me and giving me side eye after side eye. Rolling her eyes was the only way she could talk. Doesn't even make you feel safe but I guess that's common with wannabe doctors. Don't come here if you want someone that cares about helping you."
"Went at noon and was promptly checked in and prescribed medicine, of which I was able to pick up five minutes later at the pharmacy. All in all, took less than 30 minutes. Very nice staff at the MinuteClinic."
