"The Thomas Campus is a good school overall with capable, dedicated staff. However, if your child has special needs, this is not the best place for them. They will not get what they need due to teachers having only a general knowledge, at best, of teaching kids on the Autistic Spectrum or ADHD. They are simply not prepared for handling more conplex behavioral and learning needs. When they decide they cannot "program" for your child's special needs, the will legally force, not give you an option, into an "approved private school" through Due Process if you don't have adequate legal representation. Even if this does not happen to your child, you can't expect them to make a lot of progress academically. I've seen many return after graduation, as is their right under the law, for a few more years. High level to low level school administrators will not be sensitive to your concerns. They are more concerned about meeting their "numbers"."
