"Quality and care have decreased dramatically. I have been with this facility for less than a year, and both of the doctors I was assigned to left the facility. They have cancelled my appointments same day stating that I was scheduled for an appointment with the doctor on the day the doctor was not in the office. This has happened at least 4 times. I've been trying to confirm a refill for three days and still haven't received a call back. Just sad and dangerous, people need to have access to their medication."

"Finally gave up with this facility. I've tried calling numerous times to get a prescription refill. Getting a hold of someone on the phone is impossible. It took 4 days to get a return phone call and they said that they wanted to see me first. They were the ones that gave me the script. So ok I made the appointment. I went in and sat in the waiting room for 80 minutes after checking in. No a single person called me back into the exam room or to see why I was sitting there for so long. Stay away if you care about your health."

"I was highly impressed with the level of care at Mary Howard. The staff was extremely kind and compassionate, and everyone down to the receptionists were in the loop with my case. I had been avoiding the doctor for a long time due to lack of insurance and wish I had just gone to MH sooner. This clinic went above and beyond to help me receive the services I needed for what turned out to be a serious medical condition. This was my first time using a sliding scale clinic and I am very grateful to have chosen Mary Howard on a whim."
