"The doctor is nice but his staff are rude especially the newly employed office manager. She cancelled my medical appointment for asking one of the medical assistant why they put me on hold for almost an hour and I had to drive to the facility to book an appointment. The so called office manager said " You can't come her and tell us how to do our job, if you need employment you can come and apply for employment' This happened in front of other patients waiting to be seen. She instructed the MA to cancel my appointment that was slated for September 9 and ordered me to leave the facility immediately. I have had the he Doctor as my family doctor for over 15 years. I demand an apology and the doctor should be mindful of the people he appoints to work for him. He is not providing me with a free service therefore i demand respect and his staff you not compromise patients' health."

"This was the worst experience at a doctors office I have ever had! My appointment was early in the morning and I didn't get seen for 2 hours. The doctor was a very nice man, but what is the point of scheduling an appointment if that's not the time you will be seen. The facility also isn't very welcoming at all, the only place that didn't seem old, dusty, and outdated was the one space for patients to be seen. I would not recommend anyone to go here, and it is unfortunate because the doctor is a very nice man."

"Staff is very unfriendly . Office does not accept credit/debit for copay but did not make me aware before my appointment. I filled out new patient paperwork and gave to receptionist, she calls me back to the desk and says "30" .. I said "excuse me?" She repeated 30 ... I stood there for a minute before I realized she was asking for my $30 dollar copay. I was seen by a resident which is fine because we were then seen by the doctor. Doctor and resident were both very friendly and professional."
