"I had an experience with this office and “licensed trauma” therapist for a reunification therapy with my son. She was selected by the opposite party. She pretended that she understand what is going on and on my question if she had experience with the court ordered reunification therapy type she stated “I am doing it all the time.” The bias report that she released to the court opened her lack of professionalism and engagement with the other party. My son is a special needs with the physical and neurological issues, and the therapist had no questions of his development. She was interested if I "love" my ex. Therapist Onorato with her “feelings”, not at any scientific points, with her 2 statements left my son to disown his Mother, most important person in his life before the horror started with the gf of the ex-husband. She also recommended for me “accept the lost.” Due to the above listed therapist I have no contact with my son and he has no parents. Due to her report, my son has no Mother no father in his life. Father is long-distance driver. I was removed from my son’s life due to the therapist “feelings.” My son is living since her report released to the Court in the hostile environment with a stranger who hates me and physiologically abuses my child. He has no parental guidance, repeated 10 grade, after being 8 years in the private school. His medical needs narrowed and neglected. All evidence based facts presented to the therapist during the sessions with me she dismissed. She recommended based on her "feelings." The office has no established customer service and any policies or procedures . My ex-husband was ordered to pay for the sessions and responsibility for a payment for report was not clarified. She emailed me that she contacted the Court(?) and I am responsible for it. After involving an attorney for $400 per hour, it turned to the spinning letters to the court. I prepaid 2 sessions before the court released that the opposite party is responsible for the payments. I was ordered to pay for a report and reduced my payment for it for the payments for the sessions that was responsible father of my son. The anger from the therapist was unacceptable. She emailed me that the Court has no statement to subtract it, my ex owns me for those sessions, and I must to pay for the report, or she reports me to the Judge. I requested from her an invoice for the sessions and I never had that invoice. It is normal practice when you pay out of the pocket and the therapist issue an invoice with the codes for the possible billing from insurance. She decided to have control what my insurance pay, and refused to issue an invoice because the insurance is not reimbursing it. As a fact, the invoice should have the medical codes that she supposed to diagnose my son and me during the sessions. That never happen, but she did recommendation to the Court having indifference to my son’s future. There was no any effort or any professional attempt to have a question to herself “How does a report effect the future of the Special Needs Child who was by manipulation unwillingly pulled in the middle of the conflict of the adults.” Those recommendations from the random specialist damaged my child who was born by will of the God. On his 18th he has no parents. No education, no proper medical treatment, no future. There is no any person around him who can guide or care of his needs. Care as a parent. He is hostage of one person who by her own feelings dislikes me. This could not happen if the therapist had known of existence of the professional integrity."

"Very disappointed. Emailed to request an appointment 5 days ago.for a a concerning need for her services. Received an email response with an "appointed time" that Theresa Peronace would call back. I left my office to sit in my car anticipating a call. I waited 30 minutes. No call, no email as to what occurred. Was out of town on business and emailed her this morning with the thought that there may have been emergent matters that I could excuse. Received a call in response to my email, while at work. VM from Theresa Peronace to call back, she would be available all day and left a cell number. I called almost immediately back, left a VM., 3 hours later called again. No call back. Deeply disappointed. My profession is that of an HR Manager serving employees in need. I would have been terminated if I demonstrated the same."
