"The medical personnel associated with this practice are excellent; however, since it has been incorporated into a five-location practice, it is impossible to call and get connected with a human being. Moreover, when you leave a message, it is never picked up or passed along. So you never get a return call. But you do get three-minute robo calls prior to your appointment reminding you to bring medical information and your co-pay with you. Apparently, the main office is only concerned that you will defraud the practice of its co-pay. I am beyond frustrated in dealing with this system."
