"I can’t believe the way I was treated by the staff here today. I misplaced a non narcotic medication and called to ask to have it replaced and was treated like an addict and a criminal by the staff for HOURS. I called no less than 5 times and explained that there was ONE medication I needed and yet they still kept telling the doctor that I lost ALL of my meds. Under this impression dr. Paulyshook’s suggestion was that I wait for an entire week until my next appointment without my 3 medications. which is DANGEROUS. One of them can cause seizures and DEATH if stopped abruptly (luckily this was not the one I misplaced) When I was finally able to speak to a manager for help for hours and hours being promised call backs and receiving none, I was finally able to speak with the manager, Christine, who was willing and competent enough to relay the correct information to the dr, who was then willing to call in a weeks worth of of the one medication to last me until our next appointment. I had to argue with the staff for HOURS and was treated like garbage TO THE POINT OF TEARS and there was absolutely no reason for it. They don’t care about your well being here. If you are looking for a Psychiatrist or therapist DO NOT go here especially if you are going through a hard time because they will treat you like cr*p. I told them to close out my file after my appointment with dr paulyshook next week, because I want to ask him personally why he thought it was okay to put my personal well-being and my life in danger, and I would personally like to ask the staff why medication that I lost was not narcotic, and why they refused to tell the dr the correct medication (this was no mistake, I was VERY clear about the medication I needed) And then I will be finding a new practice because I’m not going to end up sick or dead because of these people."
