"5/26/22 back to pick up my reg. Nice to speak with Steve again! I've always bring my regulator here for service. Great job, every time. Steve was thorough with my reg. and friendly to speak with. When I was on my way to pick up my reg, traffic became an issue, I called and Josh answered & was willing to wait 5-10 minutes after they closed, so I could get it! :) Luckily I made it there 5 minutes before normal closing time. Thanks to Josh for offering to stay- that speaks volumes about how nice they are."

"My husband and I wanted to learn to scuba dive and came across Lehigh Valley Dive Center and I’m very glad we found them. Sue, our instructor, was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She was patient with all of us in the class, she gave me space and time to work on the different skills and always made me feel safe and encouraged. "Stopped in today to get a new mask. Steve was WONDERFUL! I have a small head and narrow face and have had problems with masks in the past. He "sized me up" just by looking at me, gave me about 8 masks to try, told me how to do the fit test....found a PERFECT fit!! I am beyond pleased! Prices are great, service excellent! "I've never seen a dive shop price gouge worse than this one. I understand that these days having a brick and mortar location requires shop owners to be slightly more expensive compared to online retailers. However this is ridiculous. Not only is thier pricing poor but they actively try to mislead about class costs. Don't take a class with them. One of my friends decided to get his basic open water cert through this shop and at first the pricing wasn't bad but almost every class there were more fees. The shop charged my friend almost 50 bucks for a safety sausage and slate which they required him to buy, together they should have been 25 maybe. After the class sessions he had to rent the gear for the checkout dives from shop, at an additional cost on top of the course fees. Why was that not included in the upfront costs. And after he finished the cert I literally had to retrain him on almost everything. From what he said the instructor had offered little actual instruction/ correction and had just informed the class of what they should be doing and expected them to immediately do it perfectly."

Steve was our instructor and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and talented teacher. He doesn't mind to go extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable under water and he is very passionate about scuba diving and its safety rules. Generally speaking, every employee at Lehigh Valley Dive Center we dealt with is super friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
