"Took forever to return my calls. Got placed with a therapist who wasn’t able to respect my boundaries or get me appointments. She was unable to work with my schedule. I called to get placed with a new one and they said they couldn’t because no one else was available. I didn’t get any call to say she wasn’t going to have me as a client anymore until I texted her minutes before the next session where she said she was “sorry things weren’t moving they way I expected” And she was dropping me. Only wanted to schedule me in the middle of the day when I said I was working. (Stated that since the beginning). I was also treated like a child by her not an adult. I am in my 20s. She was very bad at communicating times and dates and I hope no one else has problems like this because this was unreal. I’ve never had such an awful therapist or office."
