"The greatest asset of OLC is the attitude of the faculty from the principal to teachers to outside contractors (that's me). Everyone shows up with the right mindset which is extremely healthy for the children because it positively influences their development. Everyone is big on supporting each other here. Also, the ability to have solid structure/routine without experiencing burnout is hard to achieve. Luckily, this school has it! If you visit, you'll see the difference. Great job."
