I have never felt so disappointed after waiting for 45 mins on hold then to be put on hold again after the agent answered the phone. Not only was the wait disappointing the agent was very disrespectful. Highly unfair. I wish Dr. Barron was around he would def not let people get treated like this. Highly un professional!"
