"do not shop here if you are black. The 2 owners and some workers are racist and prejudiced and if they feel like you look suspicious they will blatantly follow you stalk you and stare at you and make you very uncomfortable if you are black even if you have money and want to make a purchase. The owners are also very unwelcoming and from what I see they treat their black employees just as bad as the customers. Treating them like less than and staring them down like a hawk most likely because they think you will steal if you are black. Dont shop here take it from me find your british goodies somehwere else"

"I had a terrible experience at this store. There are many ways to get mass produced products these days, many of them are even cheaper than what they price their items. The one point that can make or break an establishment is poor customer service. I came in the store and the one girl who was working there, was on the phone with her friend, from the moment I walked in to the moment I exited the store. When I attempted to ask her for the price of an item, she looked annoyed by my question, put her hand out for me to hand her the item and price checked it, then ASKED HER FRIEND to excuse her to then tell me the price. I wanted to ask for suggestions for items, but I felt so unwelcomed that I just grabbed one bag of candy and wanted to leave. I then learned they have a $5 min to use a card, so I was forced to get another bag, all while she was still on the phone. Worth to note, another customer came in as she was ringing my items and she indeed continued on the phone. That is so disrespectful of the customer and I don’t plan on coming back! I can just order those items on line."

I knew this was one of the few places around that had authentic English-style (European) bacon and sausage, so thanks to this store I was able to cook up an authentic full English breakfast. I am forever grateful. A great selection of cigars too!"
