McDonald's 2061 South Queen Street, York, PA 17403

"Stopped in the drive thru and was handed cold food. Asked for food that is at least warm and was told to pull up they would bring it out. Pulled and and waited and waited and waited some more. Went back to the window and see the staff standing around talking and found out they totally forgot my order. Terrible service!"

"Ordered and paid for frozen coke on the app. McDonalds staff came over. I showed her what I ordered. She handed me a cup and told me to get it. I said "frozen coke is not over there" she walked away from me and waited on several other people. Finally she comes back and says "we are out of it". I then had to wait for another staff member to give me a refund. Spend Way too long to end up with nothing."

"We had to ask for someone to clean off a table so we could sit down. The food itself was good. I hadn't been in York Pa for quite some time. They brought out order but it had another person's order on the tray as well. He was standing by and saw what was going on and so we straightened it out. Could happen to anyone. Ice tea was weak. Coke wasn't as good as other stores I've been to. Service area was well stocked. And we got a senior discount and saved $2.28. thank you for that. That was a nice surprise."

"I would love to give -5 stars! This use to be the McDonald’s I trained at when I worked at McDonald’s and it use to be decent. Tonight was horrendous! When we ordered our food some worker was sitting on the floor with the girl at the first window. Then when I was handed my sons “happy meal” I was handed a brown bag with a 6 piece … the girl got smart and said “in our defense there are two different types of six pieces” … I was appalled and said “I’m not dumb! I worked at McDonald’s for 4 years!” And I clearly stated “6 piece happy meal with chocolate milk” when I ordered- this isn’t my first time ordering food at McDonald’s. I figured whatever my son got his nuggets I just want to go home. So I opened the box and there were 5 chicken nuggets… box clearly marked to be a 6 piece. I tried to call 15x (yes seriously) and it has a busy tone so we turned around and found the manager. Thankfully he was nice and understanding. He stated he already spoke to the worker about saying that kind of things prior… clearly she’s not comprehending that’s unacceptable. Sad a facility I use to go to for training, is going turning into a mess"

"We visited the newly remodeled McDonald's in Hallam/East York. They did a great job with the new interior. They now have 2 kiosks which you can place your order. Take a number and have a seat and you get table service. That was nice. The manager was really directing her team. And it was really nice to see. The individuals working were respectful and listening to her. Our food was hot and fresh. And there were not mistakes with our order. They have 2 game tables for kids where they can eat and play. Pretty awesome. Nice experience!"
