"Great Experience all the way around! Took my son there for an emergency visit, they got me in the same day I called and it was a Saturday! Fit me in again two days later when I was concerned with the way his eye was healing. Dr. Alex Trezza was wondeful! He put my son at ease that all would be OK and he took the time to find a way for us to get the prescription that he needed that was not covered by my insurance! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, and as an added bonus the office smells incredible!"

"I was one of those people who waited until the end of the year to use my vision insurance, and ended up in the Optical Center on what was likely one of their busiest days of the year. I was lucky enough to work with Genna, who not only took amazing care of me but made me feel totally comforted by her obvious knowledge as well as patience and desire to make sure I was totally happy when I left the store. I was in no way rushed or pressured, and truly enjoyed working with her. They now have a customer for life!"

"Made an appointment at this optical center. Had an eye exam, which went okay. Ordered a pair of glasses and could not see out of them. This place sent them back a couple of times, still could not see out of them. Had to pay each time at their behest - spending more money. Started having a hard time with the people working there. I was told I "needed to get used to the new glasses". Still could not see, so finally had a new eye exam. The first prescription was wrong! Ended up ordering another pair of glasses that cost almost $1,000. Bet you can guess what happened next - still cannot see clearly out of them! When I went back, I was blamed! Told I supposedly do not know how to do an eye exam. Seriously?! Also who throws a glass case at a patron instead of handing it directly to them? Have since went to a different eye doctor - will be getting new glasses for less money with better quality lenses. New optometrist said the lenses of my current glasses are subpar. In the meantime, I am using my old glasses the majority of the time - what a hassle. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It is mediocre at best."

"I only wish I could leave a review with no stars!! As a relatively long time patient i have no complaints with the actual doctor but his staff leaves much to be desired!!! I requested an emergency appointment due to breaking my current glasses with an out of date prescription and was told this is not an emergency next available appointment is over a month and a half away!!! I was instructed to refill my current prescription at a cost of approximately $300.00. I guess that’s way Len’s crafters and similar establishments are whipping out these smaller physicians. No surprise! I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years and will never return or recommend this establishment to anyone I know. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!"

"After what started out being not a good experience, Justin called me personally and took care of my needs. It was a fluke that one of my lenses cracked a little more than a year after purchase but it happened. They were extremely expensive because they are trifocal transitional lenses. I was impressed with Justin's offer to replace both lenses for half price. I had the new lenses in two days and today I had them put into the frames. The staff today was friendly and made the whole experience a pleasant one."
