"This place used to be great, but not anymore. First, my og therapist gets promoted and nobody tells me. I get assigned a new therapist only to be ghosted by them and hear nothing from them. I then go through everything as if I'm a new patient when I've been with them since 2015; do intake and everything. Get a new therapist who doesn't call me back and then guess what? This one ghosts me too! But yet, it's somehow my fault as both therapists and Lenape Valley have blamed me. And I'm pretty sure they delete negative reviews as well. I am so tired of this. People like me need a therapist, but this is how we're treated? It's been months since I've heard from my so-called therapist."
