"I'd love to share an experience but I've had appointments cancelled three times the day of the office visit since August."

"Horrible experience!!! Office staff completely unprofessional!! My appointment was at 8:45 am and it was an hour before we ever even saw the dr!!! When asked about why it was taking so long the secretary literally told me it could be an hour wait to see a dr!!! She could not understand why I was so irritated and repeated it could be anywhere from a hour to hour in half start to finish total appointment yet we waited an hour before we were even seen. She acted like that was normal!!! Seriously yet if I’m running 15 mins late I have to reschedule!!! Will never come to this office again!!!!"

"Dr. Patel performed cataract surgery with multi-focal lens implants a couple of years ago. My vision was 20/20 immediately following the surgery and remains 20/20. Did not feel a thing. Not only is he a great Doctor but he is also a genuinely caring and good person. I'd give him "15 Stars" if there was room available. (they limited me to 5). And no; I'm not his mother !"

"A very busy office BUT excellent service. Rachel is superb…very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone in that office deserves kudos. Dr. Reza did my cataract surgery…the best kind, humble doctor…highly recommend him and that practice. I couldn't be happier with the care I received!"

"I wanted to make note of how friendly and kind Rachel was in the Bristol office. She made her patient (who I was assisting) feel comfortable and relaxed before we saw the doctor. Dr. Benjamin was also clear and comforting in his explanation of was going on with the patient’s eye. In other offices, my mother in law (patient) did not receive such accommodating and kind treatment, but felt rushed and unclear on next steps.
