Dollar General

"I'm a regular at places like this. There's a consumer protection agency that lists what kinds of products have reason for concern. most of what you'll hear about discount stores with skeleton crews and tight spaces is false narrative, promoted by competition to reduce opinion of such places by the public. There's nothing evil about dollar stores, and this one has decent people working in it that are just trying to live same as you and i. they take a lot of grief from a lot of different directions, yet find the strength of will to treat people with respect, even though far too often it isn't reciprocated. Their products tend to perform better than most big box big chain high end goods, while getting far less love from marketing. Give discounted merch a chance. it's often better quality, just not "mainstream"."

"The staff is always friendly but the store is so horribly designed. There is always stuff in the aisles and it is incredibly cramped. If you check the shelves though, usually they are pretty well stocked so product being in the aisles is the fault of Dollar General and not the employees that work here. They do need more staff at this location."

"This is probably my favorite Dollar General. Everything is always neat and organized. It is super easy to find what you need. They have a wide selection of different kinds of items as well. If you do have trouble the cashiers and associates are very kind and willing to answer any questions you have. And you can't forget the great prices."

"No matter what day it is the isles are always cluttered, there is pretty much Always a line with 4-6 people and RARELY does anyone call or come up to ring. I believe 3 or more is the rule. Only a 1 or 2 of the workers ever look remotely happy and if you need help ya better just do it yourself. Oh it's always nice to see co-workers chit chatting together while everyone on looks at them. Can you tell I feel? Unfortunately I do have to go there on occasion. Most all other DG Stores in area are great!"

"Need to have more cashiers during busy times. Other workers have continued working on other stuff with a line down the isles. I've waited 25 minutes in line there. Good customer service is when you always stop what you're doing to help the customers. Them, not so much!"
