"I know many people give the pharmacy such a bad wrap but in reality they're doing the best they can. Yes, they're understaffed and unfortunately their shipment can be behind for medications but the people themselves are often nice - ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE CONSIDERATE. I do have to give a lower rating though for the corporation as a whole."

"I would give zero starts if I could with customer service. Went to get antibiotic for my dog. It was $150 unless I bought their rewards program for $20. I have goodrx and stated I never paid this much for antibiotics. Unable to get service in the back of the store to look it up on phone so I just bought it because my dog is sick. I got to the front of the store and saw other pharmacies cost was $15-20 bucks. I went back to pharmacy to ask to return it. Lady pharmacist denied being able to return it because I left the pharmacy. I said I JUST purchased it and you know I was stating I never paid that price. She could have easily returned it. Even if they were not able to resell it. Customer service is lacking."

"Sarah, the manager at the photo department is absolutely terrible. She is rude, talks over you when you try and ask a question/ explain a situation, and was absolutely no help. I have never had an issue with any walgreens, however I would NEVER recommend going here nor would I recommend ever sending your pictures to be printed there. Hard to believe someone with absolutely atrocious customer service could be a manager."

"I am currently waiting in line at the drive through. Two women inside are waiting on one customer for the last twenty minutes! They are ignoring the drive through line. The incompetence here is great. They often do not have medicines and have to order which takes three days! This is the last straw. I am moving all of my prescriptions to rite aid."

"I love the Walgreens in Hubbard Ohio. This Walgreens in Cortland has people working there that do not treat customers in the manner that they should. The manager I spoke with is extremely rude. The photo technician does not know the difference between professional pictures or pictures taken by a lay person and made an issue over something that was nothing. The manager hung up the phone on me when I called about it. . As managers no one should ever hang up the phone on someone. It’s no wonder the people that work under her do not know how to treat customers properly. This Walgreens will never compare to our in Hubbard."
