"This practice was great when Dr. Caruso was still with the group. Now, it's IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment or get a live person on the phone. No one ever answers the phone. I'll be retrieving my children's records and going to a new pediatrician that has staff and personnel to attend to patients instead. Truly dissatisfied."

"Don’t go to this location if you have any plans for the rest of your day. They typically run over an hour late. If you are with a doctor at Plaza always try to see them in Hackettstown. I arrived for my last appointment 10mins early. Guy walks in and says he’s 40mins late for his. He still got seen before me and I was left waiting even longer. If a patient arrives in good time they should have priority over someone who could not be bothered to arrive on time!! The Doctors are good but they need more organization."

"Very disappointing that receptionist would neither pick up your phone call or return. Although you leave an urgent message for your doctor, no one will call you back. I am flummoxed to see who is overseeing this horribly run practice? Or maybe there is no oversight so no one cares. Please find a better place like I will. Dr Unnati Taylor is hard to reach and doesn’t respond to messages. Not for me!"

"This practice needs to get themselves organized. No one answers the phone. Billing department does not return calls so you can pay your bills. Requests for medical records go unfilled. When you make an appointment they ask you to come in early, but you sit there waiting for over an hour. I would not recommend this practice."
