"I’ve tried a lot of different hookahs on the market and I haven’t found one better than Mya. They do exceptional work. Their crystal hookahs are a brilliant blend of function and aesthetic. I’ve ordered 3 of them over the years. On my latest order, the stem that was supposed to come with my purchase wasn’t available and the owner of the company himself (Hussam) called me to apologize and offered to send me my choice of alternative, similar stems in addition to promising to send me the original stem when it came in at no additional cost. "This is the absolute best hookah company in the United States, and i'm lucky to have them closely located to me in Virginia. Usually I order products directly off their website, but last week I saw that they started selling tobacco and I wanted to learn more so I actually visited them in Sterling. IT WAS AMAZING. The people were so friendly. The products were so beautiful. And, the new tobacco?! "Have been smoking hookah for a few years and decided to get a hookah for a friends housewarming summer 2020. Note I wasn't familiar with hookah brands so I sent a friend to purchase it from a local DC store. He picked up the MYA brand and I spent a few hours on Youtube learning how to set up hookahs properly. Once I mastered that my MYA hookah was the life of any party that we hosted. Thick smoke and effortless pull. One of my friends was so impressed he asked me where I purchased it and I told well he can go directly to the distributors in Sterling which he did. Unfortunately I am sure from over use :-) my vase cracked in February (maybe from the cold and heat contractions) and I had to replace it. I contacted MYA and the customer service was excellent. My friend who went out to the store also told me how well they treated him and gave him an entire VIP presentation when he purchased his hookah. As for me I upgraded to a double hose hookah along with my new vase. Before I purchased they walked me through over the phone to ensure I was getting the right stem and vase combination. So far it smokes well as expected because I will expect nothing less from a MYA hookah."
