"Giant was an affordable supermarket now it's not anymore. There are some good offers but the rest of your list means 2-4 dol more than in another supermarket. Some branches differ in the lightning and fanciness at the same price. It's clean, organized and in general the cashiers are very nice. Good luck!"

"I don't normally shop at this giant but I ran in really quick because it was on my way home and I need a laundry detergent and it was great because it was Fourth of July and it was right around dinnertime and there wasn't a lot of people there at all because they were all watching the fireworks so it was smooth sailing the employees were in good spirits because it wasn't crowded and they were probably getting time-and-a-half LOL"

"I've been shopping at this store for well over 20 years and within the last 2 years, it has gone downhill. The last few times I have purchased fresh deli items, they are unedible with 3 days. I'm no longer willing to spend $13/pound for deli meat that doesn't hold up. In addition, the young folks you have working in the checkout obviously need some training. Or a different job altogether. Tonight, as I walked up to checkout, the employee was reading a magazine. As I put my groceries on the belt, he finally looked up and put the magazine down. No acknowledgement, not a word. I don't expect a conversation, but a simple hello would be appreciated and professional. He was throwing my stuff into my bags trying to finish up quickly so he could get back to his reading, I guess. No sooner had the transaction been completed, he sat himself back down with his magazine. In the next checkout lane the other checker was reading as well. Shouldn't they be doing something productive in the store when it isn't busy? This reflects poorly of the management. If this continues to happen, I don't see a future for this store. So sad, because I like the convenience of this store."

"I’m a giant loyal customer for years.However,today I had a very strange encounter with a new employee,Chris, who just opened the register when I was waiting for him yet opted to take a second one in line. Not a big deal however I just advised him as I saw newly appointed young man to be more sensitive to people standing in line. Instead of being apologetic he started arguing and lying that his register was already opened. ( Please review the CCCTV) What was striking was the behavior of Aziza the manager who immediately came siding with him before hearing me out,patting him on the shoulder. Seemingly,they are sort of acquaintances.He refused to apologize and kept arguing and instead of the manager training him how to kindly deal with customers she offered to relieve him from his duties and to take his place for him to relax!!! He said he was ok. I felt I was not worthy. I always trusted Giant’s mangent and how it professionally and fairly runs its buisness.But what I saw today was utterly disappointing."

"Always pleasant. I've been shopping here for decades. The pharmacy department has the same people back there all the time ready and willing to help with any questions or other issues. Kyle has been there for years and is never to busy to help. He's awesome. I moved to West Virginia two years ago but continue coming here thanks to Kyle and the others. Great place to do business. I'll continue driving back and forth due to their outstanding business. Unless Kyle starts working in West Virginia near my house."
