"Wouldn't even look in my autistic child's mouth lied on the notes said they did things they never did said they gave mer meds they never did. The place honestly is a trash. Had my daughter not even in the chair we walked in and walked out. God we can all pray Trump is president again soon."

"Where do I begin? Patients time NEVER valued. I’ve been here multiple times and every time it was the same miserable experience. You are treated like livestock they have no hospitality or understanding. I’m truly not confident about the work they have done and I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. In my opinion this place wants people on assistance that don’t care about the unnecessary visits and charges, It’s pretty obvious when you look at the logistics not to mention taking a look around the waiting room. I truly feel 1 star is just not negative enough."

"Honestly traumatized my daughter so horribly. Do not recommend. I do not remember the doctor who we had (this happened like 6 months or more ago but i know it was a female), but she had me hold down my child..wouldn't let ME, HER MOTHER, try to calm her. Instead I got basically yelled at. Most horrendous experience. We are currently dealing with the trauma from that!! Thank God we found a better place that is nice with their young patients and is working with her through this trauma! (If anyone needs a dentist for their young ones Pediatric dental associates of Randolph is amazing) Just had to warn other parents. I was unaware of how bad the trauma truly is until we had finally found a dentist that seemed trustworthy. I can now see fully how it affected her :("

"We had a great first experience today. Both of my daughters had checkups today at the same time. 3 chairs down from one another. Everyone was so helpful and directed me so I could go back and forth to make sure both girls knew I was there. Everyone was so kind and informative. Our doctor really cared and was very thorough"

"Disappointed! I will start by saying the staff are friendly and helpful. My experiences were very positive up to yesterday. I was given an appointment for a cleaning and X-ray for my daughter. However when we arrived and paid the doctor said they would only do the X-rays. I questioned this. Doctor said cleaning would be next month as that is six months from the last cleaning. I understand this but why would they schedule my daughter for specific services and then say only a portion can be done? Our family has enjoyed this office and staff, however are starting to question the practices. Times are challenging and we are without insurance so bringing the family and having the services split between visits is costly. I don't know why this is happening, but please make sure you confirm that the services you are scheduled for will be performed before you go and pay."
