"Hate to share a poor review, but I am so relieved to finally have phased all of my policies out of this company. After telling me to create my policy and do all updates directly through the insurance company's website, I asked for a cancelation (website said I had to contact my agent for this) and still had to go direct through the insurance company's customer service line to get this simple task done. They were not able to spell my name, address, or policy number. It is irritating that they were even listed as my agent and profiting off my policy and renewals while providing no actual service. They will respond in a timely manner, but triple check your info because they don't care about it! 1 mistake is a typo. 4 rounds of mistakes is complete disregard."

She made sure I understood my policy, she asked the questions needed that would eventually give us a more costumed policy.
