"There is an employee that works there that is very rude to customers. She tried to get teenagers to clean up a mess that they did not make and then assumed that they called her out of her name which was not so .. You all need to get it together and run your business better then what it is being ran.... I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere..."

"The hiring pool around Purcellville must only be ankle-deep. Careless, thoughtless employees who don't pay attention to what they're doing and take zero pride in their work. 3 out of every 4 orders have issues, the most frequent getting nasty Diet Coke when I ordered regular Coke. I don't usually have time to turn around and drive back and have the issue corrected. This morning we ordered delivery through the app, and it happened again. Then there's the countless times there have been zero dipping sauce cups in the bag for the McNuggets we ordered, even though we mentioned which sauces we wanted or selected them in the app. Often you're lucky to get just one napkin, or if you do get multiple napkins, they're soaking up the excess oil from your hashbrowns. Shame on me for continuing to patronize this place as apparently I'm only reinforcing bad behavior."

"Eh what can I say some people are slow or high or something. Sometimes the order is right and Sometimes it isn't. Sometimes they just stare at you. I will say it was pretty clean inside, which actually caught me off guard. 3 stars is fair, but would be nice to not have to deal with the weirdness every now and then."

"Great location with great employees however the public that frequents here needs to get their teens under control there is no reason that teenagers should be leaving a store looking like that someone needs to be disciplined and it's entirely not the fault of anyone at this location. A community leader needs to sit with them after these games and get them to clean up after themselves because I cannot take my 8 month inside to eat afterwards because they leave it like a pack of rats."

"One of my favorites it their bk burritos buy stopped ordering them because I found a long hair in my burrito.. I love their ice cream cones but they pre serve them so bye the time I get to the window it's melting and sometimes the cone is broken."
