"So disappointed tonight. We ordered two items off the menu for pickup. They were not ready until 20 minutes after the initial pickup time passed. And my order had a long piece of human hair in it. See attached picture. I called to complain about the hair, and was laughed at and hung up on."

"We did take out and were pleased by the customer service, the promptness and above all, the food quality. My only complaint is they gave us each a very small container of rice. It’s about half the size of a normal rice container."
