"This office is very unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone. Messages you leave never get relayed to the doctor himself. Every time I've gone in for a appointment there are women standing around and chatting in the recovery area. Yet, they can't answer any phone calls! And Dr. Frank is rude. He has no bed side manner whatsoever. This is the treatment you get for having Medicaid I guess."
