"I purchased a Smok Fetch Pro mod here a week ago. After having issues with the magnetics where the pod would not be secure and intermittently disconnect from the device I called the shop for refund or exchange options. I explained to the clerk working there that day about the entire issue and what I didn’t like. He spoke to the manager there that day and they both spoke to me like I was trying to steal from them. All because of a misunderstanding of what the issue was or what the clerk heard me say, they both assumed I was trying to pull a fast one on them and get an exchange or refund “only because I didn’t like it”. Honestly if there was an absolute issue with the device, whether you believe it or not, allow the customer to bring the device in for evaluation. Stop treating your customers like thieves. This was my first and probably will be my only experience here at this shop. I really wanted to like it but will not stand for this treatment."
