"To share, it's evident that the positive reviews here are likely fake. The owner, Steven, comes across as an extremely obsessive and erratic person with OCD tendencies(pyshco)! The instructors are, at best, mediocre, and the airplanes are worn, posing a risk of engine failure. With over 8000 hours of experience ranging from jets to props, I wouldn’t recommend this place to Anyone!"

"Nice facility for CATS! Took the FAA knowledge exam for my remote pilot certificate there in June 2017. Testing room was distraction free and the proctor was professional and helpful. Nice restroom if you want to empty your bladder before sitting in front of the computer for a couple hours. Large lot out front with plenty of parking and fairly easy to get to from 202. Leave your phone in the car - can’t bring it into the testing room. They do flight instruction too if you want to fly a real plane, but for those of us afraid of heights it’s a great place to take the test so we can stand on the ground and fly our drones. I’ve recommended this location to a few people I’ve met who are looking to take the Part 107 exam."
