"My son required medical attention after being the victim of a crime, and Good Fellowship was called and responded to the scene. While we appreciated the care and quick response, we didn't appreciate the huge bills we received afterwards. Our insurance paid almost $600 for their 50 minutes of service, but Good Fellowship is requesting another $635. We called their offices and asked if they could work with us (as most organizations do), and they wouldn't budge....even though my son was unable to accept or decline their help. Terrible. EDIT: after speaking at length with the office manager, and having our insurance company provide some input, we were able to have the amount due waived and our balance is now $0! We are pleased with the outcome and their willingness to work with us and our student! EDIT: Despite having the dispute resolved properly some six month ago, I just received a a bill from their new billing office for the exact same amount that was forgiven last March! This continues to be an issue which we will try to resolve!"

"on 10/27 my 96 year old Dad was having trouble breathing even with his 02. I called 911 and they sent Good Fellowship. The crew that came and tended to my dad and transported him to Paoli at my request was fantastic. All very calm, professional, compassionate with my dad, and knew their stuff. They explained to me the shot they gave him, the mask they used to help him breathe and their findings on exam. They were so gentle with him. I thought it best that I stay home during covid as I'm his only caregiver and couldn't risk exposure to Covid and I asked the one EMT his thoughts. He was so supportive and explained things to me as far as protocol at the hospital which supported my theory that staying home was best. I then didn't feel guilty staying home but knew I was doing the best thing for my Dad. I can't sing the praises of this crew enough. I hope they read this, my Dad's name is Roger.
