"I had a horrible experience. To schedule an appointment, all the immunization records of my kids were sent by their previous office and they made it extremely difficult to just schedule the appointment to get my kids the immunizations they missed. Every week when I called them, they assured me that would keep me updated, they wrote down my phone number and name but they never kept me updated. Today when I called trying to schedule the appointment I have been waiting to do for the past three weeks, Kiata the manager told me to be responsible, and to have respect when I am talking to her. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. She didn’t listen to me at all, I felt disrespected, and my kids health were dismissed and ignored. When I started to explain myself, she took it personally and hung the phone on me, she told me your child’s health is not my responsibility. Lazy receptionist, unprofessional doctors and manager. I don’t understand what kind of doctors let their managers to say that kid’s health and well care check is not their responsibility. I don’t understand what kind of doctors let receptionist give hope to patients and refuse to schedule appointment. They don’t care about you or your kids! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headaches and stress and search for another pediatrician office.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They don’t have professional communication within their health care field. Health is very sensitive topic, especially our kids health. As a parent coming across with this kind of issue with them it opens my eyes that all the doctors are not caring when it comes to patients. Using little kids insurance card and getting paid through them. Maybe should not be working at all, you should just close this unprofessional office."
