Until you've worked with him it's impossible to understand the differences between his process and a traditional boot fitter/shop. Billy doesn't sell boots therefore the services -and his attention span - are not tethered to a fixed transaction. Billy is solely focused on comfort and performance as the return on your investment. I would find it hard to believe that anyone has ever said they regret going to see Billy.
