"I don't even go to this doctor unfortunately the receptionist is there to scream and yell at you when you're not sure where you have to go Family practice is right next door to her every time I would wait for my appointment this lady was nasty on the phone nasty to people who came in seems like she's been there a while got a question how is she there that long? But then again looking at the reviews seems like the crew no better than the receptionist I say to all you baby mom's and dads go somewhere else"

"We have been taking our 11 month old here since we brought him home and we’ve had an amazing experience! Every single nurse has been wonderful, as are the receptionists! Dr. Potts has been so great and calming (both for our son and ourselves!) and has been wonderful at every appointment. We were so lucky to find an amazing pediatrician first try and even our son is happy to see everyone when we visit. Thank you so much for being there for our son and us always worried first time parents!"

"So, i’ve had both experiences as the other two reviews here. My child is sick, and I call to make an appointment - and am told that someone will wall me back, than i’m hung up on abruptly - than I never receive a call back - so when I call back i’m told the doctor or nurse is on lunch. What a load of baloney. Stay away from this place - it is absolutely unprofessional, and it really is a joke. Additionally; ive made appointments, and than ive shown up to these appointments only to be told that oh no the appointment was at a different time, or place, or location all together - so now ive wasted a bunch of time, gas, driving my child to an appointment that was changed by the staff at hunterdon pediatrics without them consulting with me. I will never come here again - it is a problem EVERY SINGLE time. Unprofessional, and they very obviously dont care for or value their patients or there time. Please save yourself the headache - and find yourself and your family a more professional pediatric office - stay well clear of this one."

"My 5 month old son had a 102 degree fever and I left voicemails and never heard back. I had to call 2 other offices to finally make an appointment for the next morning. When we showed up, they told me my appointment was for Monday and sent my sick child HOME without doing ANYTHING other than telling us to “call if the fever gets worse and we’ll see him”. Well when I called again later that day, I still got the voicemail and never received a call back. I adore my child’s pediatrician but I am horrified at the service provided because as a FTM I should be comforted, not stressed by my doctors office."
