"I saw Dr.Valero a few months ago and he was very kind and listened to my concerns. Unfortunately The Nurse that worked along side him during my appointment upset me and made me feel uncomfortable. She told my husband to leave the room during the ekg, which isn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred him to stay. She told me that I didn’t have to act so modestly and to just lift up my shirt, the door wasn’t closed all the way and she was going in and out of the room, I wasn’t hesitant to allow her to do the ekg and i let her have access to my chest and stomach. She poked my ribs and told me that I was so skinny and need to eat a cheeseburger in a joking manner and asked if I starved myself, she told me I was so young to be married and that she wouldn’t like her daughter getting married at my age. As someone who has worked in healthcare you shouldn’t speak to patients in that manner, even if you are thinking it, keep it to yourself and you are supposed to protect patient privacy by keeping the door closed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who is suffering from an eating disorder, or is slightly underweight to go here, what she said could possibly be triggering. it bothered me enough that I still remember her and what she said months later and I don’t have body image issues. The doctor didn’t have any concerns about my weight and did not say anything about it so I have no idea why she felt the need to. hopefully by leaving this review she will see it. I’m not trying to get her in trouble but maybe by reading this she will be more cautious with her words"

"I have nothing but good things to say about St. Luke's Warren Hills Family Practice located in Washington, NJ. My husband and I moved to Hampton nearly two years ago and needed a new primary care physician. We are fortunate to have become patients of Dr. Katrina Sabates. She is caring, knowledgeable and really listens. We have complete confidence in her and she has truly gained our trust as an outstanding medical professional. Dr. Sabates is now on maternity leave, but my husband became ill over the weekend. He didn't want to go to the emergency room but I thought it would be best to post a message in MyChart explaining his symptoms and requesting an appointment on Monday (today). Carolyn from the office called before 9:00 this morning and scheduled a virtual meeting with Dr. Timothy Vollaro at 9:00. Dr. Vollaro spoke with me and my husband, listened, evaluated, gave his advice and prescribed medication. I almost felt I was back in the old days of the house call! He personally called me back later on to add to his advice. There's a followup visit on Wednesday. I appreciated Carolyn's concern and sense of urgency when she called and the quick follow-up from Dr. Vollaro. I feel that the team at St. Luke's really cares and we can depend on them even when our primary physician is not available. Thank you!"

"I just want to say that my husband and I have been going to Warren Hills Family practice. They are wonderful from the staff to the Dr's. Always accommodating whenever you need an appointment. Extremely responsive if you need anything, or questions answered. I recommend anyone looking for a great Family Practice. Dr. Oksana is my Doctor, and I love her. She cares about you and never rushes you out of the office. Patience is very important to patients, and she is always available to discuss anything that you need.
