"First, I made an appointment to see the ENT, and they recommended I go get a hearing test at another location. They sent me to the wrong building and when I showed up to the wrong building 20 minutes early, they said that the doctor in the correct building (5 minutes away) wouldn't want to see me because another patient was there. I still ended up getting the test on time l, so that's fine. Then I scheduled to see the GP, and called early to confirm my appointment was at the correct building at the correct time at this location. When I showed up they told me that my appointment was earlier in the morning, not the afternoon as they had said on the phone just before I showed up, so I missed the appointment and had to reschedule for a month and a half in the future because the doctor wouldn't see me at the time that was confirmed over the phone. Which is completely unreasonable. There was also nobody that I could talk to fix the front desk issue."
