"The room is full I I currently type it is 8:59 and I’ve been here since 7:45 I had a appointment at that time and there’s walk ins I under stand that I need to see a doctor but there was a girl also who had a appointment a 7:00 and did not get in until 8:53 can you guys please get people in with appointments on time I’m sorry but I do not recommend coming here unless you desperately can wait a hour and 30 minutes or more ❤️❤️ all love though this will be my last time I am switching"

"Went in for some testing, it was very quick and easy. They told me I should receive my results via their automated patient results hotline and they gave me a pin to access it. It has been over two weeks and I have called the patient hotline very frequently and there’s no messages for me. I called back last week and they told me results take 5-10 days. Today marks the 17th day. I cut them some slack in the beginning but now we’re getting to the point where they are possibly delaying the treatment I need because they are withholding my results. I call again today and they tell me to come in with my ID to get a hard copy of my results. I do not recommend going here and I most likely will not be returning."

"I was not taken seriously and it possibly almost cost me, my life. I went in feeling like I had a uti. They take urine as standard procedure. I went here because I was in between health insurance. The Dr. was more concerned with it being a STI which I knew it wasn’t. She tested for that and sent my urine out for analysis. She said she didn’t think it was a uti because whatever test they do on site, only revealed protein in my urine I guess. She said I could buy the antibiotics that they have there if I wanted and so I did. My labcorp results came back abnormal with something called MRSA which is basically staph, present in my urine. Very weird. No one from the office called me to tell me my results. I was left to google. I even called them and was told she would call me back and she never did. Fast forward to now, I ended up in the hospital with sepsis from a uti. Sepsis is a severe infection and I very well could’ve not survived it but thank God I did. I know that I could have been more on top of my care and pursued the right channels if she was less concerned with assuming my symptoms were from an STI and more concerned with listening to the patients that come through her door. After all, I’m no doctor but in all the education I do have, I know that not every scenario or condition will present itself the same way. I don’t know if my race had something to do with it, as research shows black women often do not receive adequate healthcare from healthcare providers because of silly biases and unfounded assumptions. But I do know that what happened was not ok and I hope informed decisions will be made before coming here especially this particular location."
