"Each time I call the office for a routine or emergency matter the ladies who answer the phone are extremely pleasant and personable. When I take my child to the office the doctor is friendly and makes the environment comfortable and relaxed for my child and myself."

"I have been going here since I was 5 years old (21 now) and it has progressively gotten worse over the years. Overall, I’ve experienced rude customer service at the front desk, a violation of HIPAA when they gave me my sister’s medical records and immunization records (she was over 18 at the time), and the doctors lack appropriate bedside manner as I was routinely spoken to as a child, even though at the last visit I was a junior in college. Even if I did not age out of this pediatric facility, I was overjoyed when I left this summer to go somewhere else."

"I have been taking my children (both 3 and 1) since they have been born. I highly recommend Dr. Endo within this practice. He is super friendly and gives you all information/suggestions needed. They have appointments available same day for a sick visit and Doctors on call when needed (answering all questions). The staff is very friendly."

What pushed me over the top to write this review is the audacity of the staff though. I have called several times trying to have my medical and immunization records faxed to my new PCP and they have ignored my calls, and the calls, emails, and faxes from my new office. It’s deplorable. What a shame."

"As a former patient, they used to be a great doctors office, but once they moved their practice to the current location, it’s been horrible. Since then, the staff has become incredibly rude, they never answer phone calls, and to top it all off, they don’t care about the patients anymore. They only care about the money anymore and it shows. They charge you for things other offices do for free. What pushed me over the top to write this review is the audacity of the staff though.
