"I have been a patient of Dr. Shan for about eight years. I was a practicing physician and had to stop. I tried several other mental health providers with no results for years. Dr Shan discovered my diagnosis that prevents my working. With his management, I am more stable than before. Dr. Shan will find what works for you. I find his office practice is well run. His office is home-like, clean and quiet. My appointments are always on time (by phone or in office). My prescriptions are always timely sent to my pharmacy. I never had to deal with insurance payment or prescription denials. Dr. Shan listens to me and reacts to me. No getting lost in some multi-doctor business common in health care today. Dr. Shan runs his office with "old school" patient respect. He answers his own phone, makes appointments and accepts Medicaid. Unheard of today with other doctors, especially in mental health field. I appreciate his patient centered approach. As you can see, I have only written a few reviews (bad and good) for anyone over ten years. I feel strongly about Dr. Shan, and I highly recommend him.
