"i’ve been here twice as a walk in and was pleased with the care and wait times both visits. the staff was kind and i felt the providers were knowledgeable. i would definitely return. however, the one thing i would suggest is more seating in the waiting room and the music was way too loud for an urgent care. the music was bumping through a JBL speaker. i was there primarily for a migraine this past time and i thought my head was going to explode."

"I am really disappointed that I was sent home with a RX for cough when my visit concern was severe congestion. Beautiful location, clean, friendly staff. However, I was sent home with cough medicine to treat a cough I was not complaining about. I mentioned it as a symptom but definitely didn’t make it seem like it was a real concern. I cannot breathe through my nose at all. I tried the Neti Pot and the water never went through to the other side. I went in desperate for help, I was sent to the pharmacy and was shocked to find out I was written two cough prescriptions. I truly feel like I wasted my money and time. I was told to buy an over the counter allergy nasal spray. It did absolutely nothing and I am truly miserable."

"was optimistic, nice new facility However- they breach privacy issues! spoke with nurse manager Ali Bolen who insists on taking copies of both military issued ID and drivers licenses. i offered to show her my ID to verify identity but she refused me treatment without me allowing them to make copies This is a huge violation of protocol!. i informed her that nurse managers at Burl Co health dept as well as Virtua know this protocol."
