"This is for Tim Scott. I, to went to the front door during " business hours," and the door was locked. As I sat in my vehicle, I noticed the store next door was a smoke shop, so I decided to see if they sold cigars. Turns out that the person working in the smoke shop also had a key to get in Mr. Cigar. He told me the person that should have been in Mr. Cigar was out, so he opened the shop...strange how that worked out. I love the selection and the prices aren't too bad."

"I really want to like this store, but they don't make it easy. The Good: They have a very nice selection, fair prices, and friendly staff. The Bad: You'll never know when they're actually open for business. In the past week, I have go to the store 5 times during normal business hours. On 3 of those occasions (twice between 10-11am & once at 12:00pm), the front door was locked and after waiting outside for anywhere from 5-15 minutes with no sign of an employee, I left. I also called the phone number but no one answered. I want to support small, local businesses, but that's difficult to do when they are this inconsistent & unreliable. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and there are far too many other options to buy cigars either online, or in other stores, to recommend this shop to others."
