"Brought a 25$ pen at 1pm it stopped working around 3pm , called the store informed them they told me they weren’t even open today due to inspection . I informed that I was literally in the store less than 2 hours ago a child and mom was in the back , I proceeded to tell them I wanted my money back or a new one bc it stopped working . They told me they don’t do refunds or exhanges . I will never purchase from there again and have warned people that comes n and out of there , and also I will be reporting them to buisness bureau selling faulty items & only take cash with no type of reciept , never again ‼️‼️‼️"
"Sold me a fake ELFBAR, and when I scanned the QR code it took me to a blank empty website, it hit weak, font was off, mouth piece holes were different sizes, and vape coating felt different. So I let them know, they said try another and the same thing QR code didn’t work, so they said thank you we’ll take care of them. So I came back the next day for my refund with proof it was fake. Because when I came back with real ELFBAR where the QR code worked, hit right was official in every way. They wouldn’t hear it and said we don’t do refunds. Plus they’re selling Delta 8 THC as “Real Pure THC” and don’t differentiate between Delta 8 vs 9 and don’t elaborate. Definitely scamming and trying for a quick come up with poor customer service."
