"I was looking for an in-person educational experience. I DO NOT do well with online learning. As a learner, I need the experience of physically being in the classroom and interacting with the teacher and other students. This class provided both. Liz Ellsworth, instructor, provided real world experiences and a plethora of knowledge of real estate, especially in regards to Title law. In addition, I was genuinely appreciative of my classmates. We had all come from such a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Everyone was receptive to communication, sometimes rephrasing things in ways so as to help another student. As a student, you will come away knowing what information you need to know to pass both the state and national exams. Liz and takes the guesswork out of it, "This is what you have to know." I would highly recommend this class."

"Couldn't have asked for a better academy to join. I had 0 knowledge of any aspect of real estate and after only an 8 week course which flew by, the knowledge I gained was incredible! Passed the class version of the state and national exam with an A and a B. I owe it all to Liz.
