"Went in yesterday and purchased a beautiful piece. When I got home however, I realized the clamp wasn’t on it anymore. I called the store and Jacob was very apologetic and explained I could pick it up the following day. Today’s experience was terrible!!!!!!!! The gentleman in the shop (not Jacob) gave me a hard time picking up the piece. When I explained he attempted to make me seem crazy and asked for my receipt. I was then told that what I purchased did not come with a clamp. He then tried the clamp on the same model I purchased In store (that already had the same exact clamp on it) and it fit but didn’t want to own up to the fact that what I said was correct. I WILL NOT SPEND ANYMORE MONEY HERE!"
