"My fiance doesn’t drink and I rarely drink. This store has a much larger selection of NA wine & spirits than any other store in the area, and the deals are top-notch. The employees also go above-and-beyond to help us find stuff. The sparkling NA rosé is our favorite and the citrus Spiritless makes for some awesome mocktails with a little bite. Hoping yall keep the NA selection past Dry January!"
"Ok so I come here to shop . I live across the street from here . Never any problems ever . The staff are always friendly professional and kind. With the exception of today!. Today I went in was greeted by a very nice woman. When it was time to check out the cashier was horrible. He asked for my number to find my account which is odd because they always asked me for first and last name but whatever. Then he proceeded to say he can not find my account asked for first and last name I gave it to him. Ask if the number was the right one . I said no . Ask for my number again then asked for my ID . Gave it to him . Then he asked for my number again .Then shows me his screen and says this is the only account with my name and it has a different number . I'm thinking now like ok just change it, it's not a big deal. He then acts as if I can't buy. So I'm looking at the woman she comes over and ask what's wrong . He begins to say it and I say it's almost as if he's trying to find a problem he just needs to change the number and if you can't then I'll just buy and go forget the points if that's why he needs the account .she still is being very kind but a guy on the other side NOT HELPING ME buts in and lie and says no he's not doing anything wrong just looking for her account . I said who said anything about anyone doing anything wrong . The cashier is the one making a big deal OVER A incorrect number . I said it's not mine let's move on . By now I'm pist because not only is this cashier being ridiculous but he's causing attention which is embrassing. I then said I will go somewhere else if this is a problem and he opens his mouth to say oooo that's fine. Like buddy what's the problem do you not like women. So I leave but still upset I called back to speak to someone about this . A guy answer (sounds like the guy with the ginger beard) and hangs up on me . Which is odd because he's rang me up before and he was actually cool. The lady answers this time and she is really nice and apologetic but she was from the beginning. she shouldn't have to apologize for two men being rude for no reason. This guy literally made a problem out of nothing over an account phone number and the jerk who took up for him when clearly I didn't care about none of it . I feel like kennelworth spirits is undercover a racist store. Which is crazy because the guy was Hispanic but we know how some hispanics feel about black people. The white man with the ginger beard definitely racist you hid it so well before . And fyi black people age very very good sorry if we don't look 50 at 30."
"Keep an eye out for the tastings to get to try good drinks before you buy them. Tons of local beer and wine"
"Friendly service. The wine tasting bar had an outdoor feel because of the garage type door being up on a sunny day. It was so inviting and the server was knowledgeable. They offer a great deal with the 6 for 60 each month. Definitely will be back."
"I went in late a few days after Christmas asking for a beer recommendation. Asked the sales attendant, "for a beer to drink alone on New Year's Eve." His recommended 'Silence of the Bock' was a home run rec. The last line of copy on the can, "perfect when paired with a Winter's evening enjoyed by the fire." Nailed it. No notes."
