"Please stay away from this place they don't care about you and the CRC sucks they are dirty and very unprofessional to say the least."
"The fact that the reviews are so low yet they still remains opens should tell people all they need to know. I’m a licensed nurse and best selling author and I personally have experienced the mistreatment, unprofessionalism and poor conditions at this facility. It’s bad enough we live in a society which allows anyone to call and 302 anyone and despite any and everything the police are trained to take the patients so even if the accusation are false you’re now stuck either sitting in the hospital on a 201 for a few days and/or a 302. If you show any aggression to your mistreatment you best believe they will push for a 302 despite a person rights and dignity being violated. This is the huge problem with health care in America but I see now mental health is another way to continue to make money for these major corporations while exploiting and abusing the patients who should be being helped. As a patient I had a staff member call me a weirdo in my face and even after filing a grievance I still looked at this young man who was young enough to be my son daily. I watched the staff antagonize, tease, belittle and mistreat patients suffering severe crisis. As I begin writing grievances they started playing with my food so I was left starving for 2 days straight and they were very aware and told me “oh on the weekend the kitchen send what they want” so I’m supposed to eat it when it’s clearly not my diet? The doctors are only focused on pushing meds and not truly getting to the route cause of a patient crisis. You’re subjected to having to sit and participate in good awful groups where some of the staff members clearly suffer with mental health, drug addictions and multiple issue talk about their personal life like they’re God. I was so disgusted with the treatment of my room mate who suffered with urinating and this was who they decided to put me in the room with and they were well aware of her condition. Only for her to get discharged and the manager of the floor come to check the bed and tell the head charge nurse that was unacceptable to put someone in the room with someone like that. It was all a front cause I was the grievance queen and did not care about the extra mistreatment I experienced from speaking out. They than turned around and put another patient in the same bed in my room that night and she smelled the pee also, I’m assuming they wipe the mattress down only and flipped it over: this place is not fit for a dog, and if it was truly about helping those who are suffering a crisis since everyone struggled with maintaining mental health they would treat the patients with respect and dignity as well as screen and train the staff properly. But this isn’t what all this is about. It’s about milking insurance companies for money while allowing patients to be prescribed life altering medication by student Dr. Once I realized this was a learning hospital and majority of the DR you see are still in school I immediately refused the huge group of 6-10 people who always popped up during those infamous 5 min meetings with the DR. Finally when patients are able to see a judge they are instructed if they fight the 302 the judge will give them more times up to 21 or 30 days so patients are left at the mercy of the staff and Dr if they can not afford a lawyer which most people aren’t able too cause they’re low income. Please choose wisely when you send your family member to inhumane jails disguised as mental health hospital. I will be writing a book titled “Execution Over Excuses- Maintaining Mental Health To Build Mental Health” and will be discussing the conditions in greater details. I’m grateful for the experience even though it was cruel and inhumane I met some great people who family have done them dirty, and who are suffering with depression and anxiety, and many of them I gifted my 1st best selling book so they were aware this experience wasn’t a determining factor to the ongoing bliss and blessings they life still had in store for them."
"I will never take any of my loved ones or myself to this crisis center. My husband was suppose to be there on a 72 hour old, it’s been over 72 hours now and literally no one on the care team has called me with updates like they said they would. I called early this morning around 11am and asked to speak with the care team. The receptionist lady was very rude but she took down my name and number to give to the care team for them to call me back. It is now 5:30pm and no one called so I called back myself to which the new receptionist lady (much kinder by the way) told me that the care team left for the day and she did the same thing, took my name and number down to put on my husbands chart for them to call me back tomorrow morning, when they come in. I don’t know if I’m living under a rock or not but shouldn’t they have someone on call 24/7? I will keep Einstein out of my options for where to receive care. Please do better! I’d be more than happy to work there to show everyone what good customer service is suppose to look like! Also, please take “ The support of family is one of the best resources a recovering person can have. Family members often participate in therapy and are integral to successful aftercare treatment.” off of your mental and behavioral health page since that is evidently not true. I don’t feel like I’ve been included in my husbands treatment other than the night of the first day he was admitted. I haven’t heard anything back since. All I know is I was told 72 hours, it’s been 72 hours, he sounds like his normal self. I don’t want him in there longer than necessary and if they deem it necessary to hold him longer than 72 hours, I feel like I should know why. I’ve been granted that ability by him and obviously the care team knows that since they acknowledged I would be updated. It’s not hard to call and give someone a 30 second update."
"all the 5 star review are fake or paid for. DO NOT come here during a crisis they dont care they just want to get paid"
"Those pics don’t look like what I saw. In 2007, each room was bare with just a gurney. Sensory deprivation to the n’th degree. People who have mental health diagnoses have a brain disorder and are not criminals. For violent individuals, it’s understood certain environments are necessary. But for the person presenting who is not violent but rather depressed, suicidal or anxious; the facility looked like a jail. I am hoping they have updated the facility according to these pics."
