"Went there 2 times in 1 week for my wife. 1st time we went they wouldn't do any form of flu,covid or rsv test and just told her she has bronchitis. Her symptoms got worse so we went back. They again refused to do a SIMPLE TEST to see if she has the flu, covid or RSV saying she needs to go to the hospital as it may be more severe. Even after we requested them to test her. They even told us if they tested her it would take 2-3 days to get results which is absolutely a lie as rapid tests take hours not days. So after getting our insurance and im sure charging us for whatever they can get with little effort they refused us service we requested. So we went to the hospital and spent 13 hours there just to find out she has the flu and nothing else. This urgent care is only looking to charge your insurance and do the absolute bare minimum to help you."

"Had a good experience. I needed forms for my driver's test filled, the physical and they got me in fast. You have to bring your own forms thou. They don't have them. About $95. They take all insurance and cash. I paid cash. Waiting room and exam rooms seemed very clean and bright"

"This was my visit at Jefferson Urgent Care. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Everyone one was kind and patient. The facility was very clean. I met with Dr. Nino Oqroshidze who was patient,friendly and kind. She was great. I hope to see her the next time I need medical attention. A special shout out to Ms. Karen that was at the front desk. She was truly a God sent. I would recommend this location the next time you need medical attention."

"I have been here probably over 20 times in the last few years with all of my children. Just in the last year you can really see the quality-of-care change. The front desk staff are okay.. not the most welcoming but since you don't have to interact with them for super long, I don't mind dealing with it. The nurses have always been kind. But let me tell you about them doctors they have working there. They have no bed side manner and are super abrupt. They almost make you feel like it's a bother to come into the office. This location is extremely convenient to me which is why I tend to use them. I went 3 times in the last month for my kids and me and I leave so disappointed each time. I don't know what is going on with the doctors there, but I really wish they would learn how to treat the patients with compassion. I have decided after my last interaction I will be finding a new urgent care. I hope in the future the doctors learn how to treat their patients with compassion and understanding."

"I arrived at 10:18 and patiently waited while those who arrived before me were served, which was fine. However, when I noticed someone who came 45 minutes later being prioritized, I inquired at the front desk. The receptionist insisted she arrived before me, though I distinctly saw her enter after I had already been seated. Despite calmly expressing my concern, the receptionist falsely claimed I arrived at 11 am. Later, I overheard her misrepresenting our interaction to a colleague, stating that I had yelled at her. When I explained the situation to the coworker, she acknowledged the unfairness but seemed to prioritize the other person's wait time over mine, even though I had been waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. It's frustrating when people dishonestly depict a situation both to your face and behind your back."
