"Doctor and doctors assistant and nurse were all super kind and helpful. The doctor and her assistant were very attentive and caring and made sure to get all my sons health issues taken into consideration which is more then his typical pediatrician does. Highly recommend!"

"I brought in my 3 year old son. The staff were welcoming and the wait was reasonable. I don’t know the doctors name but she answered all my questions & shared some knowledge. She had patience with my cranky toddler. I prefer going to her than our pediatrician to be honest. That’s why I give 5 stars!"

"I walked in about 8:47 PM, and prior to entering I was informed multiple times by a male employee in ER triage that “pediatric urgent closes in an hour, and they probably won’t see.” Well sadly he was correct. I wouldn’t have wasted my time going there to be turned away since she had a Peds visit 2 days prior, and she wasn’t getting better. An older woman with glasses jumped down my throat about not seeing my kid, so I asked if they could recommend anywhere else and she “I don’t know, our ER, or somewhere else..” the sign posted is what was on the check in machine and which also seem to be a common occurrence.."

"Best staff ever. Nurse and Doctor showed compassion and treated the issues in a timely manner. Valet staff ready and courtesy making an emergency visit a tad less stressful. Love knowing how lucky I am to have such great staff at a hospital close by."

"We absolutely always have a great experience here! Most times the wait is very minimal however even times when the wait is long (which is always just because a lot of kids are sick and it is what it is), it’s always worth it because the staff is incredibly friendly and kind. Even when it’s super busy they all have a smile on their face and take their time with us and with my son. Never is it rushed. Dr. Hannah has the best bedside manner, he is kind and makes my son feel heard and cared for.I highly recommend!"
