"So I have a brain tumor and it’s non-cancerous. I hate goin to this dr. Office for one the M.A there GHETTO as hell even the doctor have the im here for a paycheck only attitude. But fast forward I call there trying to get my doctor to refill my kepper (seizure medication). The lady who took my call was sooo nice. But when this girl, lady Shamika called my phone, it went nasty. For one she calls my phone back hello Ms. Foster I responded yes do you know you haven’t been seen in here for a year with a nasty attitude in her voice so I said okay and you want medication for here? For one it’s a life or death situation, I have an appointment in march. For 2 they can make and emergency prescription for that medication. And as a doctor you can look at my chart and seen I been taking it for a while so why just stop… if the devil was to ask me should he come to this doctor office I would say NO! The WORST EVER nd Shamika needs a new job she’s not professional WHAT SOOOO EVER"

"I’ve been trying to reach someone to schedule the next part of my top surgery appointment. I got the consultation done and gave them my approval letter for surgery. At this point, I just want a surgery date… Got forwarded to 3 different people and they all said to call Angie. Called Angie and she forwarded me to someone that did not answer. The team all have good people, but it’s the scheduling that gets stressful This place is my only hope for top surgery… other places are full or don’t take people with my BMI. The place at temple don’t do consultations until July."

"Colon and rectal surgeon is rude ignorant and unwilling to help and even negotiate any alternative treatments if you don’t want the surgery or another surgery he does not care to help you. And the primary care physician says they can’t help either they just want to refere you out to surgery and let it be someone else’s problem and issue. It’s sad how bad health care has gotten over the years"

"Pathetic Practice, especially the Gynic divison. Scheduled appointments for my wife were cancelled quoting issues with Insurance. Customer facing employees especially in hospitals should have empathy towards patients. Not at all recommended."

"Had an ultrasound scheduled was able to get one within a week. The actual ultrasound itself was fine , I had mixed feelings about the tech I had. However the process from the check in to waiting wasn’t bad even at 2pm on weekday. Parking was horrendous I had park really far away at Dunkin‘ Donuts cause the parking lot was full, definitely different inside as there were very few ppl waiting in radiology"
