"I am from out of town...got there mid-day on a Saturday, no less. There was a handwritten sign on the door...that read "Be back in 15 minutes"! I waited 18 minutes...no one showed, so I left. Very disappointed."

"Service is lacking and inconsistent. The sign said it was open, online hours said it was open, a hand written sign in the window said “Break for 15 minutes” but I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. No one has answered the door or the phone. If it wasn’t for the selection of hookah tobacco I would go somewhere else."

"I have a package delivered to this ups access point. I called UPS and was advised I could pick up the package before 11pm Wednesday- Friday. I get to this store at 9:30 and the man tells me they are closed and refuses to give me my package. He said he wasn’t the owner and couldn’t give me the package. I called UPS while in the store and literally stood in the store in tears and the man refuses to give me my package. The UPS working is on speaker phone and advises the man that he is breaking his contract with UPS and the store will be cancelled from being an access point all of a sudden he goes to the back and gives me my package. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. The man was completely rude. They should not be a UPS access location and that man who refused to give me his name should be fired. The customer service is awful. I’m filing a complaint everywhere."
